You can convert your alignment file from one format to another on this page.
The input format is automatically guessed. Some formats are difficult to guess^*, so you have to option to provide the format of your input file.

to this format:	clustalw fasta metafasta msf nexus pfam phylip po psi selex stockholm

^*Guessing takes place first on file exention, then on file contents. This means a file ending with .aln should be in ClustalW format. The SELEX format may be guessed as PHYLIP if the file has no file extention (or .txt).
